Marc van Hulst (MSc, WUR 1987) has been working in the food industry since his graduation. He is passionate about making the world a better place through innovative, healthy food products. He possesses extensive professional knowledge and expertise across virtually all existing and emerging food sectors—ranging from bakery products, chocolate, snacks, and fresh produce to innovative vegan concepts such as vegetable fries and meat alternatives.

Neeltje van Strien (MA/LLM) pursued the career closest to her heart after completing her studies in European Studies and Law (2002). She runs her own catering business and bolsters the FBI team with her immense creativity regarding cooking techniques, flavor pairings, herbs, spices, and out-of-the-box ideas.
