As a food technologist at Wageningen Agricultural University, I am part of a group of experts who are often invisible, yet are the driving force behind the food revolution. Our passion? Improving the food products that eventually end up in your shopping basket or on your plate, whether in a restaurant, canteen, or fast-food chain.
Why us? We are not driven by huge marketing budgets, but by our own conscience and a deep knowledge of our field. We have the freedom to work with people who truly care about our planet and our fellow human beings. Our mission is simple yet powerful: "Improving the world with better food."
